Following Remedial Medicolegal services are offered:-

To defend Doctors/Registered Medical Practitioners in the proceedings conducted by Disciplinary Committees of State Medical Councils in the matters of alleged medical negligence or professional misconducts.

To draft & send Legal Notices & Notice Replies for and on behalf of Medical professionals, Hospitals, Healthcare professionals, Healthcare Establishments.

To file proceedings in the concerned Court/Police station for and on behalf of Medical professionals, Hospitals, Healthcare professionals, Healthcare Establishments.

To provide all legal services under one roof to Medical professionals, Hospitals, Healthcare professionals, Healthcare Establishments throughout the state of Maharashtra.
