Supreme Legal Consultancy basically works for Doctors, Hospitals, Nursing Homes & various Health Care personnel & establishments throughout the state of Maharashtra.
Adv (Dr) Salunkhe Milind has qualified himself as BHMS, DHA, MBA, LL B.
After registering with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, Adv (Dr) Salunkhe
Milind has started legal practice in year 2007.
On behalf of Supreme Medicolegal Consultancy; involved in providing advocacy to Medicos,
Health care Institutions & various associations of Doctors since year 2007.
So also, involved in defending various Doctors, Hospitals before various Consumer Courts,
Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Quasi Judicial Bodies like State Medical Councils & others.
He has been attached with various hospitals throughout the State of Maharashtra as the Medico-Legal
Consultant and Advocate. He has been involved in teaching Medical Law at Symbiosis International University.
Worked as Legal Consultant & Advocate (PC-PNDT Act) Public Health Department, Government of Maharashtra for the period of one year.
Has rendered services as Legal Consultant and Special Advocate on panel, Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune since March, 2011 till June 2016
for looking after Health Department matters in the Courts. Involved in conducting workshops, lectures and trainings of Appropriate Authorities,
Doctors, Civil Surgeons, MOHs, District Collectors, Judges etc. in respect of PC-PNDT Act /MTP/Transplantation
Of Human Organ & Tissue Act/Medical Laws etc throughout the state of Maharashtra.
Defending Doctors and Hospitals in the criminal courts in cases filed under PC-PNDT Act, MTP Act, Indian Penal Code (Medical Negligence matters)/
Transplantation of Human Organ & Tissue Act etc., before Consumer Courts in Medical Negligence matters and before Quasi Judicial Bodies like Maharashtra Medical Council.
